Business Market Shop offers digital marketing services that include, among others, social media strategy, Facebook platform marketing, YouTube commerce, SEO, public relations, video marketing, digital marketing strategy, graphic design, and logo design. By purchasing our services through our platform, the client agrees to and commits to complying with the terms of these refund policies. - Refund Conditions
• Services Initiated or Delivered: Once the service has been initiated or the digital product has been delivered, refunds will not be processed, except in exceptional cases and subject to evaluation.
• Cancellations Prior to the Start of the Service: If the service has not yet been initiated or delivered, the client may request a cancellation and receive a full refund, provided the request is made within 7 calendar days following the purchase date.
• Technical Errors or Service Deficiencies: In the event that technical errors or deficiencies in the service that prevent its proper functioning are detected, the possibility of a partial or full refund will be evaluated, depending on the nature and magnitude of the issue. - Process for Requesting a Refund

o Order number and purchase date.
o A detailed description of the reason for the refund request.

• If the request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within a maximum of 15 business days. - Exclusions and Special Services
